BOARD INFORMATION & CURRENT MEMBERS
The Board of County Road Commissioners for Alpena County holds its regular meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. at the offices of the Alpena County Road Commission, 1400 North Bagley Street, Alpena, Michigan.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend these meetings. In addition, public hearings are scheduled to seek input from residents and communicate on a variety of road and safety issues.

The five Road Commissioners for Alpena County are appointed to serve six-year terms by the Alpena County Board of Commissioners. The terms are staggered so that all commissioners are not up for re-appointment at the same time. The County Board also establishes the salary and benefits of the road commissioners.
